Pre-Installation
Before we install your abrasive waterjet system, please complete the following steps to make sure your facility is ready.
Step 1
Download the Utility Requirements Document, which defines the space and utilities needed to operate your waterjet successfully.
Step 2
Download the specific model Table Specifications Document for your waterjet.
Step 3
Take the Installation Survey to prepare your company to receive your waterjet. OMAX requires the completion of this survey to schedule installation.
Step 4
Activate your OMAX online account to access our Support Site and Marketplace for product documentation, training resources, and spare parts.
During Installation
We require your maintenance/facility personnel to be on hand to direct waterjet placement and to aid in set-up and installation. This enables us to quickly troubleshoot any facility-related issues, and allows them to learn more about your new waterjet.

OMAX offers training courses at our corporate offices as well as well as eLearning options online to familiarize you and your operators with your waterjets.
