Tips & Tricks
Dear current and future OMAX customers
Following the close of a transaction to merge OMAX Corporation into Hypertherm earlier this year, we are busy integrating the two companies using a process expected to span 18 to 24 months. The number one priority of this integration is to add value to both enterprises for employees, Customers, channel partners, suppliers, and prospects. If it does not add value, we will not do it.
Hypertherm’s interest in OMAX is driven in part by OMAX’s commitment to its Associates, Customers, and technology. We believe that OMAX builds the best direct drive waterjet cutting solution in the industry and we plan to continue to invest in its industry leading direct drive pump technology and software as a core value driver of OMAX’s integrated waterjet offering.
OMAX has worked for decades to build a strong channel partner network that sells and supports OMAX solutions. We will continue to work with OMAX partners as an important part of our long-term waterjet strategy.
Continuity in our operations is critical to our success. For that reason, we have reinvested in OMAX’s Kent, Washington campus, ensuring it remains the hub of OMAX’s research, engineering, and manufacturing work for years and years to come.
Finally, I want to assure current and prospective customers that we will continue to innovate and deliver industry-leading products, service and support.
Regards,
Gordon Rice
